TSL International Student Essay Competition & Debate and Sustainability Challenge

ORIGINAL WORK

Each essay writer or video creator warrants that they personally created, wrote and produced their essay or video submission, except where otherwise quoted or credited in the essay or video. A list of references or bibliography should be included where appropriate. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are plagiarized, reproduced, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. For judging purposes, entries should be in English.  If students choose to use AI to support them in their research, then it is important they do not use AI tools to generate an essay or video and submit it as if it was their own work. The use of generative AI must be acknowledged in a reference list or bibliography where it has been used as a functional tool to assist in the process of creating work.
